Comment on YSK that if you lose your Social Security Card (USA) more than 10 times, the Social Security Administration will have to, by law, refuse to issue anymore replacement cards, for the rest of your life.

      It’s a legit fear I have going to a protest as a Latin American. They say don’t take ID with you to protests. Bruh, I’m taking my US Passport so I don’t get deported to Guantanamo. No guarantee that will work either.

        They say don’t take IDs with you to protests.

        The point is don’t lose it in the protest so it gets you identified.

        But if you are an at-risk minority group, of course you bring it. Better risk getting identified than getting (unconstitutionally) deported.
