The IP addresses they issue to the server you buy.
Many discount VPS providers do nothing to get their IP addresses off the the blacklist/blocklists that they end up on from the nefarious things their users do.
Such as: iplocation.io/ip-blacklist-checker

Right. Not in my case anyhow, my blog is even a top ten search result for a specific topic.
FWIW every user gets a unique IP address.
It would be the nice thing to do to inform those keeping up these blacklists whenever the owner changes. Maybe they do. Or maybe they’ll do it on your behalf if you ask.
