This headline is incompetent. The question isn’t could they deliver (given historic evidence, they almost certainly won’t without cost blowouts, and with Trump, overt extortion), the question is whether a fascist dictatorship can be trusted to not backdoor the weapons systems they sell – and the answer is absolutely not.
