I’ve never tried out Friendica, but might just give it a shot since there’s a Raccoon app for it too…
It’s kinda like Facebook, right?
@gon You may have heard of another app, Raccoon for Lemmy, which was made by the same developer.
I also use Raccoon for Friendica from my glitch-soc Mastodon instance, because it is the only Mastodon App that has a formatting bar

I actually use Raccoon for Lemmy too! Though, to be honest, I hop around between apps quite frequently. I’m yet to find a mobile experience I’m fully satisfied with. Maybe it’s impossible, there’s just not enough screen real-estate…
What’s the point of the formatting bar? Is it to help with markdown?

Yes, Friendica’s interface and features are reminiscent of Facebook, but it’s a much more interesting piece of software.
Friendica’s interface isn’t very beautiful, but the Raccoon app has managed to make it very user-friendly.
There’s also a Raccoon for Lemmy app, created by the same developer
