This is old news, and unfortunately the threat worked. The governor vetoed this bill due to handicapped transportation services in MN having partnerships with Uber. I wrote to the governor about it, this is going to a committee to quote “find the best solution”. Unfortunately I don’t have high hopes to see it reintroduced.
