i think spring onion is just another word for leek?

O.O today i learned
then it is leek that i adore, not spring onion
Fine chopped spring onion, added to your stir fry just before turning off the gas adds a fresh taste to an otherwise sweet soy sauce noodles and tofu/chicken.
onion in general is hella dope, i typically add 2-3 onions to every meal
