Not only has the protag now fully accepted that she is the prince’s prisoner, sometime between episode 4 and 5 she even started to like him out of nowhere?? (Right after she found out that he was sleeping in a secret room with direct access to her prison chambers btw) This episode actually kind of looped back to the original premise in a sense, since it’s about Leticia becoming jealous of a mysterious beautiful woman that Clarke seems to be flirting with. (In episode one, Clarke tried to make her jealous by hiring a girl to accompany him to a ball) She ends up escaping in order to confront him about it, and the whole thing gets resolved with her more or less admitting that she’s ok with marrying him now but that she will need some time. I guess it’s going to be a regular rom-com from here on out, so I’m dropping it. The fact that she’s still a prisoner is not put into question even once.
