Hmm, now that you said it, I’m not sure if the servers are in Estonia. The main admin though @sunaurus@lemm.ee is Estonian.

Here it states that the hoster used is hetzner lemm.ee/post/45660045. That being said Hetzner is a german company, so I would expect it to be in the eu.
