This is a really cool idea! I have zero brewing/baking experience but I’m nearly done training as a med lab technologist and I’ve always thought yeast/mould are so interesting! My area of training is isolating and identifying pathogens but I’ve always wondered if I could use those skills one day and do some home brewing/baking or even cheese making. I’ll keep this in mind when I’m done my training, its so cool what you guys are doing!
