They have bluesky account as well bsky.app/profile/ecdc-eu.bsky.social and mastodon mastodon.social/@ECDC_EU@respublicae.eu But, the mastodon seems abandoned.

The threads one looks like has posts from 2 days ago so I think it is used.
The Mastodon one says it is an unofficial automated mirror.
