it’s because:

• I do not want to leave the app
• I prefer text posts (on this platform)
• Half the time gifs and videos don’t load on this app, and I kinda like it that way. If only lemmy had a filter for that

In the end tho, you should make content because you enjoy it. Who cares what others think.
