That sounds like a problem down the road. I get why people are pushing these. My perception is that there is another way entirely that doesn’t use so much energy (concrete is horrible in manufacturing and getting the resources): wood

Renewable High structures possible Light and therefore elements can be easily transported if you choose to prefab

Cheaper in material cost and labour because prefab is possible. Literally plopping down four elements and acrylic In the corners and you can move in)

right now it is mostly used as single family homes but larger prefab structures are coming.
