  PCM has been threatened numerous times, because we can’t possibly have a space which isn’t an extreme-left echo chamber. Heck, while the subreddit does exist, if anyone who’s not an extreme progressive shares an opinion, they can get warned or banned at any time by Reddit admins. So, only the progressive left can actually use it without worrying over being completely banned from Reddit.

  Conspiracy isn’t even strictly a right-wing thing, and even then that makes a grand total of 2 subreddits non-communists can even be on. Where.people can only talk about certain conspiracies.

  For years, Conservative had literally no conservatives in the subreddit. It seems that with the current political shift this has changed, but I still guarantee anyone who tries to talk about the trending social issues on it gets banned by the Reddit admins. It seems the only conservative opinions allowed on Reddit are those of politicians (eg the whole Trump situation), and not those of social issues.

  Yes, we have a few subreddits, technically — but we still need to be extremely careful when posting to them because openly being right-wing or even center-left can get you banned off Reddit. You can only talk about silly things which don’t actually matter.

  Also, you’re not understanding how communism works or the goal. Or you’re deliberately dishonest. Communists hope for a society where money isn’t necessary, and all goods are shared completely fairly. People who actually know about and follow communism are proud of this goal. If anyone’s insulting communists, it’s you for trying to pretend their goal is so absurd that they can’t possibly be aiming for it. The only thing that’s “pro-capitalist” about this meme, isn’t the idea of communism aiming for a moneyless society (as even communists believe this), but the idea of it being a negative thing.

  And again, you Americans are way too fucking comfortable with over-using the name of a historically dangerous group. On behalf of Europe, learn history and shut up if you’re going to be doing that bs. It makes you look awful. Keep the groups we take seriously and know the dangers of out babyish name-calling. Names of deadly groups are not just names to call people who slightly annoy you.

    Yeah? Show me one example. r/conservative bans people all the time for speaking against their echo chamber, but that’s not the same as admins banning users for reddit.

The right (not far right, not even the social right) get THREE subreddits, which we have to be extremely careful with using because Reddit mods like banning anyone who talks about anything other than the Trump situation and can ban you at any time for even commenting on them! Totally means Reddit as a whole is completely fair politically when all their other THOUSANDS of subreddits, even if they are not meant to be political, end up with constant pro-left posts.

      You have no fucking clue what far-left even means if you think reddit is even remotely leftist.

      That was an extremely recent thing. Just a month ago, only the left-wing were posting on there. Also, yes it is different. Being banned from one subreddit because it wasn’t even meant for you and you’re just trying to troll isn’t the same as an entire app banning you because you’re not on the extreme left.

      I don’t know what else I could’ve expected from someone who continues to be on the radical left (the center-left are cool, and actually that’s exactly what I am, what used to be considered radical left in the 2000s but is now called “right-wing N-zi” by the new 2020s extremists). Your “I don’t want to be lectured by someone with [slightly different views from me I’ll use an extreme term for]” comment demonstrates the left perfectly. Only the right wants discussion. Left wants censorship and compliance. I’ve been happy to be taught about left politics, and that’s how I actually know communist theory, regardless of my opinions on it.
