One does exist, but only one and it sold for $300k sometimes back in 2020. Not even sure if it was functional.

It was functional - Ben heck got it working iirc.
d4s even created a game that actually runs on it. playstation.fandom.com/wiki/Super_Boss_Gaiden
I’ve got the game on my MiSTer FPGA’s SNES core which has it supported as an additional chip. The game is surprisingly good!

Well correction, it runs super famicom games no problem but no one was able to get the cd function working, including Ben Heck.
