This picture confuses me a bit… maybe one of you fine folks could enlighten me? Snails are no carriers of various parasites? Is this not something one has to worry about with pet snails? You see the people letting them crawl over their face and arms and stuff… are parasites not a concern at this point?

Or is it just an accepted risk like parasites with any other pet that could potentially carry a parasite?
