Comment on Exodus will likely win the Mass Effect spiritual successor war, thanks partly to its Cool Octopus, but I think it has a boring hero problem

I had the game on my wishlist but the trailer made me drop it. The whole style and tone feels wrong. It reminds me way too much of Mass Effect Andromeda, which is not the game they should be taking inspiration from.
