Leninism maybe.
Marxism advocates for a utopia without heirarchy (specifically capitalist heirarchy) where the state withers away. However, I’d note that I differ with marx in one key aspect, which makes me an anarcho-marxist or anarcho-communist. Marx thinks this heirarchyless utopia coule only be achieved if we gave the workers power, and had what he called a “dictatorship by the proletariat”. I think that when any strata of society gets more power than another, they will try to keep it, and they have power on their side, so they usually do. The state exists for two reasons, to keep itself alive, and to benefit it’s upper strata.
Which is why I advocate for achieving heirarchyless and stateless society without Marx’s middle step.
