Consistent duration can be assumed, because that’s how advertising works. The 15-second spot is still the standard.

I mean it might be, or they could decide to deliver 30 second ads to people they think are more likely to watch and 15s to ones they don’t. I don’t know enough about this implementation, for all I know they offset it by a few seconds because of Sponsorblock. Seems like they’d do anything to try to push more ads so who really knows at this point?
