I think the article’s focus on biodiversity loss with regard to solar power plants is a valid topic and concern.

However, without a comparison to other energy sources, the article comes off, to me, as anti-renewable energy.

To me, this seems to me to be an area worth exploring further, protecting biodiversity around solar sites, but, again, I don’t think it should be used for fear mongering about renewables.
