Great sage got its voice from the voice of the world. It wasn’t even supposed to have a voice but Rimuru couldn’t understand it so after days it managed to get voice perms. Raphael inherited voice perms but noticeably sounds a bit more human which is significant since Raphael also isn’t supposed to be able to talk.
