Of course, everything this asshole does is destructive… but the ol “he never told people to do this” defense… fucking lock him up for Jan 6 and be done with this. Felons can’t vote in many states, have fire arms… why can they run for president?

A felon who has served their time should have their rights restored, and the reason felons can run for president is to stop someone who is president or their party from creating political prisoners. We don’t want to go down this route.
