@cenzorrll@lemmy.ca So I finally had some time to dive back into this. Your comments on opening files directly from the /android/media folder on my phone seemed to fix the sync between my phone and laptop.

I had to get over the fact that now I don’t use the nextcloud app on my phone, but I found a way to have the Onlyoffice app link to the /Android/media/nextcloud files.

But yes, Im still finding I can’t use the server UI office as it messes up the syncs between either my phone or laptop.

Anyways just wanted to mention you helped me get the file syncing of nextcloud going! Thanks!
