2026 World Series Game 2

The Milwaukee Brewers and Tampa Bay Rays meet again tonight in the second game of this year's MLB World Series, and this will be my Saturday's game of choice. The game is scheduled to start at 7:00 PM CDT. As I usually do during the regular season, I'll be following the game's scores and stats in real time via MLB's Gameday Service, and I'll listen to the radio pregame show and the call of the game provided by announcers of WTMJ 620, Wisconsin.

I tried following Game 1 last night over the MLB Netework, and over FOX, but quickly found myself put off by the presentations of both networks. I am clearly NOT a member of their target demographic. Constant references to betting odds, and ads for different betting companies, constant adds for beer, wine and spirits (on MLB Network, especially) disgusted me. I don't gamble and I don't drink alcohol. So I went to my old favorite, MLB's Gameday Service, and the excellent announcers of WTMJ. And I enjoyed the baseball game. And I'm planning to do that again tonight.

And the adventure continues.
