New blog post!
In which I write about my first big problem with my 3D printer, and how the Fediverse hive mind helped me debug, and eventually fix it.
The problem was moist filament, and the solution was to dry it.
Now that I think about it, I could probably just tell it a few of my jokes?
Thank you for your help @bricks @licho @Gabrielebu @db0 @nanianmichaels @johnb48 @cmdrmoto @Sablebadger @lucasyas @basdriver @firephoto

@stfn I'm SO glad you managed to resolve your issue, and also that I was able to help out! 😃
Krumple_Footskin@mastodon.social 5 days ago @stfn I thought there was a running joke that all 3d printing problems could be resolved with the follow up questions: is your filament dry and is your build plate clean?
Those two things have solved 95 percent of my printing problems. The other being jammed AMS with broken filament (probably because it wasn't properly dried).
Glad you got things fixed up!
