I migrated my Home Assistant from a standalone M715q to a VM in Proxmox, and the whole process was so smooth.
- exported backup from old HA installation
- turned off the M715q
- transferred the USB ZigBee from the M715q to the Proxmox box (a M720q)
- installed HAOS VM in Proxmox using the community script
- set up USB passthrough for the dongle
- imported the backup to the new VM

And le voila por favor, everything just started working as before, once again I am finding HA to be a great piece of software.

And now I am using 10W less continuous power in my homelab (that M715q has a very old and inefficient AMD CPU)
