reticulum and meshcore are both systems that use lorawan, as in: they are both ways to transmit messages and data decentralised over a wireless mesh network
if you have a fitting antenna and some driver board, you can peer with other people in your area and send messages on meshcore or messages, images and other data on reticulum
it doesn't really have many usecases in racks or servers
