EU-CERT and #PHP vulnerability notice, https://cert.europa.eu/publications/security-advisories/2026-018. This time I was lucky enough my self-hosting servers that depend on PHP (WordPress, Moodle, Nextcloud running Debian and Ubuntu) are pretty much updated, so I could update them only 2 hours after the PHP patch was available. Opened terminal, apt update, apt upgrade. Afterwards, php -v to check if the correct version was installed, shutdown -r to reboot them and that was it. Also I briefly checked logs, users, processes and services for anything suspicious.
