You had so many opportunities to move elsewhere: when M$ purchased it, when open source alternatives became easily available, when Copilot was added. Even bitbucket wasn’t this bad and that’s an Atlassian product.
At this point you should accept your bigtech-corporate-ai-sado-masochist tendencies and run windows as your dev machine.
