I despise E-scooters so much. In #Vienna most of them are tuned to go way faster than allowed, which is 25km/h.

Three kids just got hurt in Austria, going way too fast, not wearing helmets. I like that people call the problematic scooter riders "future organ donors". They are just a dangerous annoyance on the streets.
