Slightly hilariously my nearly back on the road pick up truck registered in 1998 will in 18 months be a historic vehicle and exempt from the LEZ rules, but if I removed the 1.3L petril engine with no catalytic converter and replaced it with an electric motor via an ev conversion it would NOT be allowed in the LEZ as it would be a modified vehicle and no longer a historic one. lol.
