I mean the answer to the implied question in the title is “because it sucks” but the main take-home from this post is the fun stat that insurance claims adjusters are apparently leading the pack in their frothing hatred of LLMs. Like it’s basically them and artists in that Predator arms meme, and that’s beautiful.
