In 2009 I stopped to shoot this house because they were beginning construction on yet another logistics building at the off ramp near I-65 and Main Street in Greenwood, Indiana. I knew this house was marked for death, so captured it as soon as I could.
Earlier this year an artist from Brown County capture this same scene in paint — and 3 days later the house was gone! It took over a decade longer than I thought, but it is interesting that both of us decided to capture the house on the hill.
