@ari@arimelody.space the kind of lettuce plays a big role, some are bitter, and some are sweet; bitter ones are only nice as part of other stuff such as a salad with vinegar, but the sweet stuff is nom on its own. sometimes the heart of a head of lettuce would be sweeter than the outer leafs too.
