Here's my use case. I am a regular user of matrix-appservice-activitypub, not an admin. My matrix account is bridged, everything works as expected. But I also have a public matrix room. I want to bridge it to fediverse and participate in it from my fedi instance (which supports FEP-1b12).

- Matrix room: FEP-1b12 Group actor
- Message in a room: Note
- Join a room: Follow

This should be very similar to matrix-appservice-activitypub <-> shoot interop, except my software doesn't support guilds.
