We are aware that images and other assets load very slowly on this instance. This is ultimately caused by bandwidth limitations imposed by our VPS provider.

We are planning to move all user uploads to Bunny Storage / Bunny CDN. In order to do this, we have requested access to their S3 Compatibility preview.

In the meantime, we suggest that users compress their uploaded assets. We have generous size limits for uploaded images and videos, but we encourage users to be conscientious. Smaller uploads keep our costs lower, and also save your followers bandwidth.
