I am encouraging friends and customers to stop using Amazon Linux from #AWS.

The root CA issue, aka 4 is super secure, is "medium" and still "Pending Fix" (https://explore.alas.aws.amazon.com/CVE-2026-111943.html)


The #PHP vulnerabilities somehow are considered "Important" but not "Critical" and are _also_ "Pending Fix" (https://explore.alas.aws.amazon.com/CVE-2026-109619.html)

This is not a serious distribution
