@ProPublica Great advice for how to ruin your Thanksgiving turkey. I know the finer points of how to safely serve turkey that isn't dried out shoe leather can be a bit too involved for many, but I'm not convinced that inflexible paranoia about 165 F is really doing anybody any favors either.
You really should consult with a professional chef or two before publishing an article like this. Especially the part about some people liking breasts cooked past 165 because they're tougher, which is just flat wrong in at least two different ways.
